From Family to Legacy: The Shift in Culture at Neemsboro Group
- January 15, 2025
The day I joined Neemsboro Group, I started calling my dad “Sir.” Not because I had to—but because I wanted to.
At work, he’s not “Papa.” He’s the leader, and respect had to come before familiarity.
Merit over casualness.
Professionalism over comfort.
Sure, it came with quirks—like my brother now calling me “Sir” (still weird!) and once calling Dad “Sir” at home, earning a laugh and, “Beta, save that for the office.”
But these shifts aren’t just for show.
They set the foundation for a culture of discipline, respect, and vision.
At home, we’re family. At work? We’re building a legacy. 💼
